We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, collections, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Meet daily collection targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints. Provide excellent customer service and ensure long-term relationships. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Proven experience in telecalling, collections, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
