Job Summary:

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain available courses, batches, and offers.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries related to admissions, fees, and schedules.
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and ensure timely conversions.
  • Record accurate details of every interaction in CRM/software.
  • Coordinate with the counselling and academic teams for student updates.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification:

    12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

  • Excellent communication skills in

    Marathi, Hindi, and English

    .
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling preferred).
  • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and ability to work under targets.
