Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
Maintain and update client information in CRM systems accurately.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Provide feedback on customer trends, preferences, and market conditions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
