Key Responsibilities

Make
outbound calls
to prospective students from the provided database.

Schedule appointments for
detailed counselling sessions
with academic counsellors
Follow up with leads and ensure
timely communication

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and feedback using CRM tools. Coordinate with the
counselling and admissions team
for smooth handovers.

Requirements

0.6 - 2 years of experience in
telecalling, customer service, or a similar role
. Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
(knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Basic knowledge of
Google Sheets/CRM tools

Confident, proactive, and
target-oriented
.
Strong interpersonal and
listening skills
