Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to promote
broadband & IPTV services
.
Explain plans, offers, and pricing clearly to customers.
Handle queries, complaints, and provide resolutions.
Follow up on leads & convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate customer data & call records.
Coordinate with sales/field teams for smooth onboarding.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

13 years of experience in
telecalling, inside sales, or customer support
(ISP/Telecom preferred).
Excellent communication & convincing skills.
Fluency in
English, Hindi, Marathi
.
Strong persuasion, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
