You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber broadband connections, ensuring smooth and reliable service for our customers. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain FTTH connections at customer premises. Perform fiber splicing, OTDR testing, crimping, and fault rectification . Handle ONU/OLT configuration, router setup, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting . Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to ensure customer uptime. Maintain service quality, reduce repeat complaints, and document work logs. Coordinate with the NOC/operations team for escalations and field support. Requirements: 16 years of field experience in Fiber/FTTH/ISP operations . Hands-on skills in fiber splicing, OTDR, router configuration .
