Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients (corporates, SMEs, societies, builders).
  • Promote

    fiber broadband, leased line (ILL), IPTV & OTT solutions

    .
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos for decision makers.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with technical/operations team for client onboarding.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and timely reporting of sales activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
  • 16 years of experience in

    B2B / Enterprise / Telecom / ISP sales

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of local market (Pune/Talegaon region preferred).
  • Own 2-wheeler mandatory

    for field visits.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.
