Job Summary: As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs for internal teams across departments (design, development, SEO, PPC, social media, video/photo editing) and for batches of external resources. You will ensure that all resources are aligned with process policies, stay up-to-date with industry best practices, and have access to relevant skill development opportunities.
