B2B Field Sales Executive – DIY Kids Kits (Shops & Schools) Company: Crafty Khoobie Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full-time | On-field Sales Industry: DIY Kits / Kids Educational Products / Toys / Gifts About the Role: Crafty Khoobie is seeking a motivated and energetic B2B Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retail stores, schools, and educational institutions to expand the reach of our innovative DIY Kids Kits. Success in this role means consistently onboarding new B2B clients, nurturing long-term relationships, meeting sales targets, and playing a key role in helping Crafty Khoobie become a leading name in the DIY kids product industry. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and contribute directly to the company's growth and market expansion. How This Role Fits Into Our Organization: As part of the core sales team, you will be the face of Crafty Khoobie in the market. Your work will directly impact our brand presence in physical retail, educational institutions, and distributor networks. You’ll collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment, product training, and customer feedback, contributing to both revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Generate new B2B leads and develop long-term partnerships with: Retail shops (toy stores, bookstores, gift shops, school supply stores) Schools, preschools, educational institutions, and activity centers Distributors and corporate gifting companies Conduct on-field visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations. Clearly communicate product features, pricing, offers, and value proposition to potential customers. Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company pricing and margin guidelines. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and customer support. Act as a brand ambassador representing Crafty Khoobie professionally and ethically in the market. Qualifications: 1–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in: Educational products Toys & kids products School & institutional sales Gifting & corporate sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple accounts. Comfortable with extensive field travel across Noida, NCR, and nearby regions. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Familiarity with basic MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools. Having a personal two-wheeler for local travel is preferred. Graduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field.
