Engage with customers via phone to understand their needs and issues. Provide timely and accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Track and document customer interactions in the CRM system. Assist in onboarding new clients by explaining service features. Follow up with customers post-service to gauge satisfaction levels. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and suggestions. Conduct surveys to assess customer satisfaction and gather insights. Work towards individual and team targets to enhance customer experience. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and strategies. Assist in training new team members on protocols and best practices. Support the marketing team by providing insights on customer preferences. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in tele-calling. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal abilities. Aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills. Customer service or sales training certification would be a plus. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Knowledge of industry-related topics is a plus. Basic understanding of telemarketing principles. Fluency in English and local languages. Willingness to work flexible hours if required. Strong commitment to achieving customer satisfaction.,
