As a
Senior Manager, Technology Services Marketing
you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the
Global Technology Service Line Marketing
team, collaborating with Tech Marketing leader, Integrated Service Line marketing team & leaders and other marketing disciplines. As a Senior Manager, you will drive end-to-end program management, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to deliver impactful results. This is a senior-level role requiring proactive leadership, organizational agility, and the ability to manage ambiguity while ensuring accountability and excellence. In This Role, You Will
Program & Project Management
- Lead Agile program management for technology service line initiatives, utilizing latest tools and templates.
- Help manage project timelines and quality with internal and external content agencies
Strategic Planning & Operations
- Align with program sponsors and stakeholders to define strategic direction, capture requirements, and ensure delivery against program goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners, ensuring timely feedback and actionable next steps.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Build and manage a common repository for outcomes, content, case studies, and success stories etc.
- Coordinate bi-weekly and QBR reporting on project and marketing progress, highlighting key milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Prepare and publish bi-weekly SL marketing dashboards, QBR and other reports and maintain and support the calendar for analyst RFI submissions.
Internal Communication & Team Management
- Showcase program outcomes and highlights through internal communications.
- Organize and lead team meetings, set agendas, and ensure effective follow-ups.
Process Excellence & Knowledge Management
- Standardize and document key processes (e.g. for naming conventions, case studies, launches, leadership narratives).
- Build and maintain a content repository with service line tags for easy access.
Digital & Web Optimization
: Coordinate webpage directory audits and optimization across service lines, ensuring consistency and tracking inbound leads and MQLs.
Lead Management & Campaign Support
: Ensure campaign leads are routed to the correct owners and follow up on progress with marketing leaders.
Budget & Resource Management
: Monitor and report on budget usage in collaboration with SL marketing leads.
What You Must Have To Be Considered
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, project or program management
- Experience with working in agile team structure, ways of working, sprints, kanban boards, tools and processes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, time management and organizational skills (people manager experience not required)
- Expert level MS office knowledge
- Knowledge of change management principles
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA highly preferred)
These will help you succeed
- Marketing strategy and execution experience – especially in digital marketing
- Understanding of IT Services Industry, solutions, business pipeline, marketing services and campaigns
