Role Overview

As the Technology Lead / Tech Co-Founder, you will:

• Own the

  technical vision, architecture, and execution

  of the platform.
• Lead the development of the

  identity verification engine, exchange, and supporting SaaS infrastructure

  .
• Collaborate with the founding team to define the product roadmap, market fit, and growth trajectory.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, setting culture and standards.
• Ensure

  data security, compliance, and trust

  are at the core of every build.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the

  technical strategy and architecture

  for the platform.
• Lead product development cycles — from beta launch to global scaling.
• Oversee full-stack development (front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, mobile).
• Ensure high standards of

  data privacy, security, and compliance

  (GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
• Establish and manage partnerships with tech vendors, cloud providers, and verification services.
• Drive innovation in

  AI, blockchain/Web3, or other advanced tech

  where applicable to strengthen the verification ecosystem.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the engineering team.
• Represent technology in investor meetings, client pitches, and strategic discussions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in software/product engineering, ideally in

  SaaS, identity management, fintech, or security

  domains.
• Strong expertise in modern tech stacks:

  Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, APIs, data architecture, mobile apps

  .
• Deep understanding of

  data security, identity verification, encryption, and compliance frameworks

  .
• Experience in scaling products from

  MVP to mass adoption

  .
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, resource-constrained environments, and rapid pivots.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to

  inspire teams and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders

  .
• Experience with

  blockchain/Web3, AI/ML, or decentralized identity frameworks

  .
• Previous startup or co-founder experience.
