Job Title: Techno-Functional Lead - Frappe ERPNext Location : Noida Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional candidate with hands-on expertise in Frappe ERPNext, particularly in the Education Module , to lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of ERP solutions for PW Offline Centres and Schools. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and technology, ensuring ERPNext solutions are aligned with Physics Wallah objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of the ERPNext Education Module for Physics Wallah Offline Centers and Schools. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Customize Doctypes, Workflows, Reports, and Dashboards to meet specific PW Offline Centers and School processes (Admissions, Fee Management, Student Records, Course Management, etc.). Develop scripts and custom apps using Python, JavaScript, and Jinja within the Frappe framework. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations (e.g. Payment Gateway, PW App/Web, LMS). Conduct data migration, UAT testing, and post-implementation support. Create functional documentation, SOPs, and training manuals. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Frappe ERPNext, with at least 1–2 end-to-end implementations in the Education domain. Strong understanding of Frappe Framework, ERPNext modules (especially Education, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Custom Apps). Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and REST APIs. Hands-on experience in creating and modifying Doctypes, Print Formats, Reports, and Web Forms. Experience in mapping business processes and preparing requirement documents (BRD, PRD,ERD). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LMS, Payment Gateway Integrations, or Loan/Fintech workflows in an EdTech setup. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, or bench commands for deployment and maintenance. Frappe Certified Consultant (if available).
