· Configuration Support: Set up order types, orchestration flows, pricing strategies, and transaction attributes
· Documentation & Tracking: Maintain configuration workbooks, test logs, and issue trackers
· Instance Mapping Analysis: Assist with reviewing and documenting functional alignment across Shared, Process, and BU instances
· Test Scenario Development: Create and maintain functional test cases for comprehensive validation
· Support Flow Testing: Execute test cycles, log defects, retest, and align with QA and functional teams
· Groovy Scripting: Write and test scripts for validation, pricing, and constraints
· OM Form Customization: Support form enhancements under the guidance of onsite leads
· EFF Setup & Enhancement: Configure EFF fields, dynamic URLs, and data model extensions
· Custom ESS Jobs: Replace legacy PLSQL jobs with Fusion ESS jobs, configure and validate
· Integration Support: Help prepare test scenarios for non-real-time OIC-integrated flows
· Report Development: Assist in converting legacy reports using BI Publisher tools
· Work closely with onsite leads via daily handovers and sprint check-ins
· Provide timely documentation and test evidence
· Be available for defect resolution, build validations, and knowledge transfers
· Raise early flags on configuration or technical blockers affecting timelines
· 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management and related modules
· Strong understanding of Fusion functional flows (SOPOSO, Dropship, IR-ISO, FD)
· Hands-on experience in Groovy scripting, EFF, ESS jobs, and BI Publisher reports
· Strong documentation and testing discipline
· Excellent coordination and communication skills with global teams
· Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
· Experience working in multi-instance Fusion environments
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum-based delivery models
