Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Techno Commercial role based in Bareilly. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include assisting with purchasing decisions, negotiating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role combines technical expertise with commercial responsibilities to support company growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
• Competence in Purchasing and Account Management to oversee client accounts and support procurement activities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a focus on customer success.
• Relevant experience in industrial equipment, safety products, or related sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
