Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Techno Commercial at Alcorn India Pvt. Ltd., located in Roorkee. The Techno Commercial will be responsible for managing sales and account activities, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with purchasing teams, negotiating contracts, and providing technical insights to support client needs. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through proactive communication and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Account Management
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience and knowledge in Purchasing processes
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Technical aptitude or familiarity with solar energy and electrical power systems is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
