We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the SAAS industry. As a presales professional, you will collaborate closely with various departments including product development, sales, marketing, and customer relations. Your primary responsibilities will involve comprehending customer requirements, positioning our products as viable solutions, and proactively analyzing customer behavior to anticipate future product needs. Your tasks will include devising sales strategies in response to market dynamics and competitor activities, collaborating with the product development team to create sustainable and commercially successful products, delivering effective sales presentations tailored to customer needs, coordinating with the marketing team to execute demand-generating initiatives like trade shows and customer workshops, establishing enduring customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, and providing occasional training to other sales representatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop sales strategies, differentiate our offerings from competitors, and showcase the business effectively. - Craft presentations highlighting product/service features and their benefits for the sales team's use. - Formulate marketing strategies and concepts. - Respond to customers" Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for both local and global sales teams. - Engage with customers, interpret their requirements, and offer recommendations for potential products aligning with their needs. Required Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach. - Ability to initiate meaningful conversations and leave a lasting impression. - Proficiency in Excel and CRM software.,
