Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Techno Commercial Engineer to join our team in Shimla & Chandigarh. This role focuses on pre-sales activities and designing customized solutions for fire & safety, security systems, and audio-video solutions. The target sectors include government institutions, public sector undertakings (PSUs), defense establishments, and PWD/CPWD departments across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients, conduct site surveys, understand technical needs, and design system architecture with appropriate products and technologies.
• Create detailed BOQs, cost estimations, techno-commercial proposals, compliance statements, and tender documents.
• Conduct presentations/demos, address technical queries, negotiate deviations, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Liaise with OEMs/vendors for best pricing, delivery timelines, and special configurations while ensuring competitive and profitable quotes.
• Provide execution teams with approved designs/specifications, support warranty claims, and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
• years of rack quotations, analyze project margins, assist in billing/payment follow-ups, and ensure targets are met.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 0-3 years experience in pre-sales, solution design, or techno-commercial roles, preferably in fire, security, or AV systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel pan-India; four-wheeler and laptop preferred (valid license required).
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome.
• Mention school and college names in the application.
• A minimum commitment of two years is desirable, as the company invests in training and the role requires time to develop strong client relationships.
