Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Writer based in Chandigarh, India. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining technical documents, manuals, and user guides. Key activities include gathering and analyzing complex information, collaborating with developers and engineers, and ensuring all documentation meets industry standards and supports end-users effectively. The role also involves organizing and presenting technical information in a clear and concise manner to enhance usability and understanding.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Technical Writing and Technical Documentation
• Skilled in Technical Communication and developing user-friendly manuals
• Experience in creating and managing Documentation and Support Materials
• Strong attention to detail, organization abilities, and ability to work on multiple projects
• Proficiency in tools used for technical writing and documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the IT or software industry is an advantage
