🔍 Role: Technical Writer

📍 Location: Hyderabad (100% Onsite)

🕒 Position: Full-Time

💼 What You’ll Do

• Create user guides, product manuals, FAQs & help-center documentation

• Write API docs, integration guides & data flow documentation

• Prepare release notes and version updates

• Document workflows, validations, & business rules

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX & Customer Success teams

• Maintain internal knowledge bases & SOPs

• Ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality documentation across all modules

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience as a Technical Writer (SaaS/B2B preferred)

• Strong English writing & documentation skills

• Ability to understand product workflows and technical details

• Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, Jira, Figma, Swagger/Postman

• Degree in Engineering, English, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or supply chain systems

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise workflows
