You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to transform complex ideas into clear, concise guides, manuals, and tutorials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain

  technical documentation

  , including user manuals, API guides, installation instructions, and help articles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the product and deliver clear and accurate content.
• Develop knowledge base articles, FAQs, and

  troubleshooting documentation

  for easy access to users.
• Ensure that all documentation is consistent with style guides and meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a

  Technical Writer

  in a software or tech environment.
• Strong command of technical

  writing tools

  (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, RoboHelp).
• Familiarity with software development processes and basic

  programming knowledge.
