As a Technical Writer, your role involves producing high-quality documentation that contributes to the success of the products. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand product requirements, create user-friendly documentation, and maintain information architecture. Your responsibilities include: - Working closely with internal teams to understand the product and documentation needs - Producing high-quality documentation that meets standards and is tailored to the audience - Writing user-friendly interface text, online help, and developer guides - Creating tutorials for end-users - Analyzing content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities - Establishing and managing the information architecture To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in technical writing for software documentation - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into understandable text and visuals - Excellent written English skills - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Basic understanding of SDLC and software development - A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is preferred --- As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee our social media accounts, creating original content, managing posts, and engaging with followers to maintain our company image and meet marketing goals.
