Technical Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Technical Training Delivery:

- Conduct training sessions for engineering and degree students on the latest software and technologies.

- Ensure training materials and sessions are engaging, informative, and up-to-date with industry standards.

- Adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles and student backgrounds.

2. Knowledge of Technologies:

- Possess expertise in several technologies relevant to engineering and degree students.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the field.

3. Course Development and Syllabus Design:

- Develop course curricula and syllabi for technical training programs.

- Regularly update course content to incorporate new software versions and technological advancements.

4. Interviewing and Assessment:

- Conduct technical interviews to assess freelancers for training.

- Provide ops with relevant information on the utility of the personnel.

5. Client Interaction and Requirement Understanding:

- Quickly grasp and analyze clients / colleges /school's technological requirements.

- Tailor training programs to meet specific client needs and market expectations.

6. Team Communication and Technology Updates:

- Keep the team informed about the latest advancements in software and technologies.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the team.

7. Schedule Preparation and Management:

- Prepare training schedules and weigh in whemelty on the effectiveness of training outcomes.

- Ensure adherence to strict training protocols (Inhouse - Freelancers)

8. Strategic Guidance to Management:

- Offer insights and suggestions to management regarding the design and execution of technical training programs.

- Propose strategies for enhancing training effectiveness and client satisfaction.

9. Adaptability and Continuous Learning:

- Adapt quickly to changes in technology and industry trends.

- Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge to stay ahead in the field.

10. Integrity and Professionalism:

- Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all training activities.

- Serve as a role model for professionalism and dedication to the field of technical education.

By fulfilling these roles and responsibilities, the MCA or BCA technical trainer will contribute significantly to the growth and success of the training programs, ensuring students receive quality education and organizations receive skilled professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream
• 3-4 years of experience in technical training or a related role.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and software.
• Strong instructional design and technical writing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
