Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales for Genesis’ school training vertical
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for short-term and long-term
  • school programs
  • Mentor and track performance of BD interns
  • Ensure meetings-to-closure pipeline using CRM tools
  • Engage with principals and academic heads to pitch Genesis programs
  • Coordinate with ops and L&D teams to ensure seamless delivery post-sale

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in K-12 education or EdTech
  • Proven track record of closures and managing sales teams
  • Familiar with sales funnel metrics and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel locally as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education Sector Knowledge: Basic understanding or prior experience in the education industry is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence and ability to deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Excel.
  • Humble Attitude: Approaches clients and team members with a humble, respectful, and solution-oriented demeanor.
  • Driving License and Vehicle: A two/ four wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory for the role.
  • Travel Readiness: Must be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka.
