Role: Technical Trainer

Department:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for electricians and supervisors on technical troubleshooting and operations.
• Deliver hands-on sessions in electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Develop and update technical manuals, reports, and training materials.
• Provide basic operations and maintenance training for field teams.
• Ensure skill development and track trainee performance and progress.
• Teach escalation procedures for unresolved issues to internal technical teams.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of basic electrical and electronics concepts.

• Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems.
  
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical tools.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
