Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training sessions to various audiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing Training Materials: Create manuals, presentations, and e-learning content tailored to specific training needs. - Delivering Training Sessions: Conduct engaging sessions in-person, virtually, or through hands-on activities. - Evaluating Training Impact: Assess knowledge retention, gather feedback, and continuously improve training materials based on user feedback. - Staying Updated: Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training materials are current and relevant. The minimum requirements for this role include: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering. - Preferred experience in the field, although not mandatory. - Knowledge of Coding Languages such as C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks/systems like AngularJS and Git. - Experience in conducting Student Development programs focusing on technologies like AI, Android, Cloud computing, ML, etc. - Proficiency in databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks. - Excellent communication skills for effective peer-to-peer and peer-to-leadership interactions. - Ability to quickly grasp new languages and technologies, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
