Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements across departments.
• Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media).
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Keep updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Roles You'll Hire For

• IT Roles

  : Software Developers, QA Engineers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, etc.

• Non-IT Roles

  : HR Executives, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Admin, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 –5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT and Non-IT).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
