Role Overview: You are a highly motivated and experienced SAP Recruiter, joining the HR team at a company specializing in SAP technologies. Your role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various SAP positions within the organization. You will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top SAP talent. - Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for SAP openings. - Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. - Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers. - Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system. - Prepare and present recruitment reports to HR and management teams. - Stay updated on industry trends in SAP recruitment. - Participate in networking events to expand recruitment knowledge. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a focus on SAP roles. - In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and technologies. - Strong sourcing skills and experience with recruitment tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software. - Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
