Role: Oracle Cerner EHR Tech Support

Experience:2-8 yrs

Location:Hyderabad/NCR

Notice period: 30 days

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Experience in enterprise IT, healthcare IT, or technical support roles (including internships)
Basic understanding of core IT concepts: networking, servers, databases, virtualization, cloud computing, and end-user devices
Exposure to Oracle Cerner EHR solutions such as Millennium, PowerChart, Discern Analytics, or related infrastructure components
Hands-on experience supporting healthcare systems or clinical applications is an advantage
Familiarity with IT service management or project delivery methodologies (Agile, ITIL, Lean, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within project teams in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
Interest in pursuing Oracle Cerner training and certifications
