Job Description

As a Remote Support Technician at our company, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. Your role will involve the following: - Having at least 2 years of experience as a Remote Support Technician or in a similar role. - Holding a Bachelor or Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Demonstrating proficiency in technical support, with preference given to those with experience at Iyogi & Quattro. - Being able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, and show motivation to learn new skills and technologies. - Possessing a good understanding of Outlook Installation, Printer Troubleshooting, and similar technical processes. - Familiarity with Windows and Macintosh operating systems. - Exhibiting good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications required for this role include experience in Remote Support US Process and Voice Process. Additionally, you should have 5 years of experience in technical support and a total of 5 years of work experience. In terms of benefits, we offer food provisions and leave encashment.
