Technical Support Executive

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who can handle customer queries, technical troubleshooting, and product support from home. The ideal candidate should have experience in the education sector or accounts/finance sector, with good communication skills and basic technical understanding. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or WhatsApp. Resolve issues related to software login, student data, fee management, billing, or report generation. Guide clients step-by-step to use the software or services properly. Maintain records of support calls and update CRM/log sheets. Handle installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of the company's software. Coordinate with the technical team for advanced issues. Provide training/demos to school/college staff or accounts team if required. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries with a professional approach. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduation in any stream. Experience in education sector or accounts field preferred. Good understanding of billing, fee structure, accounting basics, or school management operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently from home. Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, Excel, and internet troubleshooting. Comfortable handling calls and providing remote support. Work From Home Requirements Laptop/desktop with good configuration. Reliable internet connection. Quiet workspace for taking calls.
