Job Description

Support Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues reported by customers and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate closely with the Service Coordinator to prioritise, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Provide clear guidance to customers on using software features, configurations, and best practices. Record and maintain accurate logs of customer issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the system. Escalate complex or unresolved technical problems to higher-level support or the product team when necessary. Ensure defective software modules/devices are processed for service, repair, or replacement within the defined timelines. Collaborate with internal teams—technical support, product, and service—to deliver seamless customer experience.
