The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills in English, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for troubleshooting software and system issues, providing timely solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Roles and Responsibilities: Research and identify solutions to software-related issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems across software and systems. Communicate fluently and professionally in English, both written and verbal. Ask clients targeted questions to quickly determine the root cause of issues. Guide customers through a series of actions via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical problems. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers). Provide prompt and accurate feedback and updates to clients. Use internal databases or trusted external sources to deliver accurate technical solutions. Ensure all client issues are thoroughly documented and logged. Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets effectively. Follow up with clients to confirm complete resolution of issues and system functionality. Prepare accurate and timely reports for management and tracking purposes. Document technical procedures and solutions in manuals and internal notes. Draft and maintain contracts and client documentation as per company standards. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, including participation in project discussions and finalizations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Support Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of software systems, troubleshooting, and technical support practices. Excellent command of the English language. Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure. Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
