Job Title: Accountant Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra Company: Masys Tech Solution Pvt Ltd Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-2 years Reports To: Finance Manager / Head of Finance Job Summary: Masys Tech Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 1-2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, conducting audits, managing client coordination, and performing account reconciliations to support the company’s financial health and compliance. Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct audits and prepare detailed audit reports. Coordinate with clients for financial documentation and clarifications. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations and record-keeping. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and reports promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and client coordination skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
