About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior IT Service Support Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in IT service management, support, and operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals to assist in delivering high-quality IT services, supporting users, and gaining valuable experience across various IT functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to users for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
  • Assist in documenting incident and service requests accurately using IT service management tools.
  • Support the maintenance and administration of IT assets and equipment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
  • Learn and follow established procedures for incident and problem management.
  • Assist in tracking and managing risks and issues under supervision.
  • Support ongoing IT projects and transition activities as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery processes.
  • Maintain professional communication with users at all levels.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and technologies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the field of IT Service Management.
  • Ability to follow instructions and structured processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Must be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent foundational IT certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Basic understanding of ITIL principles.
