Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to customers with their IT-related issues. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks related to hardware and software troubleshooting, network issues, and customer support. Key Responsibilities: - E-mail configuration, installation, and troubleshooting for O365 Full Suite - Operating System installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and 11 - Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Antivirus, MS Office, mailing clients, and other software - Configuration and hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, barcode machines, and VC devices - Patch management for desktops and laptops - Knowledge of Earthing and basic understanding of UPS - Configuration and troubleshooting of video conferencing systems - Troubleshooting network and application issues - Collaborating with Technical Support team members to manage customer inquiries and escalate when necessary - Resolving software and technical questions efficiently for customers - Managing customer expectations for issue resolution timelines - Resolving issues through phone, chat, and email communication channels Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of DHCP, Domain & Workgroup, Outlook configuration, POP, SMTP, IMAP, PST, OST, Switch types, Ticketing tools, Private IP, Public IP, types of printers, and O365 Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift work location required in person.
