Network Support Engineer

Job Summary: ● Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure systems. ● Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful deployment of IT solutions. ● Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as required. ● Document and report on technical issues. ● Knowledge on Asset Management. ● Knowledge on multiple vendor management. ● Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. ● Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices. ● Knowledge in Installing, Upgrading and Deploying Network Devices - ● Firewall ● Switch ● Access point ● Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication skills and understanding Skills. ● Knowledge in troubleshooting network connectivity, printers, and User access issues. ● Experience in Outlook configuration and troubleshooting issues. ● Experience in printer installation and configuration. ● Configuration and Maintenance of routers and switches. ● Maintaining and configuring printers via LAN & Troubleshooting printer issues. ● Maintaining and accessing the Remote User system and troubleshooting. Qualifications and Skills ● Certification or Course completion on any of the below - ● Hardware & Networking Skills ● CCNA ● Immediate Joiners preferred ● Any bachelor’s degree (Full Time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Shift: Day shift Work Location: In person
