Network Support Engineer

Location: Navalur, Chennai

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a NOC and Cloud Support
• service Engineer. As a NOC and Cloud Support service Engineer, you will be
• responsible for monitoring and maintaining cloud and on premises infrastructure,
• managing customer issues and incidents, proactively identifying potential issues, and
• troubleshooting system problems. This role requires strong teamwork and
• communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and experience in monitoring Network components, including:
• Routers
• Switches
• Servers
• Firewalls
• Virtual machines
• Databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in network or system administration, cloud computing or NOC support
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and
• networking
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server operation systems
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Salary: Competitive as per the market depending on experience
