Network Support Engineer

Job Summary:

The Network Support Technician at Aditya Tech Solutions – Digha Branch is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company’s computer networks, internet connections, and related systems. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted network performance, providing support to staff and customers, and assisting in the setup of routers, switches, CCTV, and network devices in both store and client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity or speed issues.
• Provide technical support to staff for LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet-related problems.
• Set up and manage structured cabling and network layouts.
• Configure IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and ensure proper network security.
• Coordinate with ISPs (Internet Service Providers) for connection setup and fault resolution.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and service records.
• Support CCTV, printers, and other network-connected devices.
• Assist in software installations, system updates, and backups as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company IT systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Hardware & Networking / IT / Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and network protocols.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and network troubleshooting tools.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and server environments.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,202.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
