Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve branch targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor daily sales, product performance, and customer feedback.
  • Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling, and upselling techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee showroom presentation, product display, and pricing accuracy.
  • Coordinate with accounts and inventory teams for stock and billing accuracy.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
  • Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, brand guidelines, and operational standards

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in electronics or retail sales management (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
