Job Description

As a Technical Assistant, your role will involve handling basic computer hardware issues, installing necessary software, and providing support in day-to-day IT operations. Additionally, you should possess a basic understanding of networking and domain environments. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer hardware issues. - Install and configure software and operating systems. - Support user login, domain join, and profile-related matters. - Conduct basic network troubleshooting encompassing LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP settings. - Assist in regular system checks and updates. - Ensure the proper functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. - Maintain documentation of IT activities and support provided. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support/ technical assistance. - Basic knowledge of computer hardware. - Fundamental understanding of networking including LAN/WAN and IP configuration. - Familiarity with domain environment such as Active Directory, user login, and password reset. - Capability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Diploma/Certification in IT/Computer Hardware & Networking is preferred.
