Network Support Engineer

As a NOC Support Engineer at Connect4Sure Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of network systems, performing basic troubleshooting for hardware/software issues, responding to alerts and managing incident tickets, providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, escalating complex issues and coordinating with vendors, and maintaining documentation and communication throughout the incident lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor network systems to ensure smooth operations. - Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware/software issues. - Respond to alerts and manage incident tickets. - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. - Escalate complex issues and coordinate with vendors. - Maintain documentation and communication throughout the incident lifecycle. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. - Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). - Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems. - Strong communication skills (verbal & written). - Problem-solving ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts. - Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are an added advantage.
