You are a highly skilled and motivated Senior Support & NOC Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in technical support and network operations. Your responsibilities include providing advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools, monitoring and managing network and system alerts within our NOC, escalating and coordinating resolution of complex technical issues, utilizing Halo PSA for ticket management, documentation, and reporting, collaborating with internal teams and vendors for timely incident resolution, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and procedures.
