Network Support Engineer

As a Technical Assistant at Code Guardian Tech International Pvt. Ltd. located in Noida Sector - 2, U.P, your role will involve handling basic computer hardware issues, installing necessary software, and providing support for day-to-day IT operations. You should possess a basic understanding of networking and domain environments. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer hardware issues. - Install and configure software and operating systems. - Provide assistance with user login, domain join, and profile-related issues. - Perform basic network troubleshooting including LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP settings. - Assist in routine system checks and updates. - Ensure the proper functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. - Maintain documentation of IT activities and support provided. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or technical assistance. - Basic knowledge of computer hardware. - Understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN and IP configuration. - Familiarity with domain environments, including Active Directory, user login, and password reset. - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Diploma/Certification in IT/Computer Hardware & Networking is preferred.
