Job Description

Job Position: Network Engineer
Work Location: Wayanad, Kerala

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networks.
  • Ensure network security, performance, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with ISPs for disruptions, invoices, and last-mile issues.
  • Provide L1/L2 support, escalate critical incidents, and document resolutions.
  • Maintain network logs, reports, and equipment inventory.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS (preferred).
  • CCNA/CCNP certification.
  • Experience in networking and ISP management.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP/OSPF, firewalls.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Preferable candidates from Kerala region.
  • Preferable Female Candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, network monitoring tools, and IT support.
  • Experience: Freshers
