Network Support Engineer

**Role Overview:** As a Network Support Engineer with CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) Certified Administrator credentials, you will be an integral part of the IT infrastructure team. Your role will involve managing on-premises networks and administering cloud-based services like Microsoft 365 and Azure. This hybrid technical support position requires a combination of networking expertise and cloud service management experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install and maintain equipment: Set up, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. - Monitor network performance: Analyze network speed and stability, identify and troubleshoot issues. - Manage user access: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. - Implement security measures: Utilize security tools like firewalls, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems. - Back up data: Perform regular data backups to ensure data protection. - Create and maintain documentation: Develop technical support documentation for network systems and applications. - Recommend upgrades: Test and implement system and security upgrades based on recommendations. - Optimize network storage: Work with both cloud-based storage options and physical organization solutions. - Provide technical support: Offer second-level technical support to users as required. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - CSP Administrator Certification (Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator). - Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall concepts. - Analytical skills to identify network problems and determine effective solutions. - Knowledge of access points, routers, and switches. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
