Responsibilities: Install and configure software for clients (desktop, web, or mobile app). Provide technical support through call, chat, or remote access. Assist clients in understanding and using our app, our software panel, our software admin and our billing software features. Troubleshoot basic system or software issues. Coordinate with the development team for bug reporting or updates. Maintain client support logs and follow up on tasks. Requirements: Good computer knowledge (Windows, basic networking, installation & updates). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently. Responsible and customer-friendly attitude. Basic knowledge of software support or helpdesk preferred (training will be provided).
