Technical Support Engineer at Unbox Robotics

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Daily report generation using dashboard and making consolidated summary from customer site.
  • Ticket follow up and resolution from customer site.
  • All kinds of maintenance support to customer support.
  • Follow up with the appropriate team for issue resolution."

Requirements:
  • Maintenance process Knowledge
  • Good coordination /collaboration
  • Basic Automation knowledge
  • Hands on experience with Excel
  • Good Analytical skills

Good to Have:
  • Exposure to Linux
  • ROS Knowledge
  • Min.1 yr Automation industry experience

Eligible Candidates:
  • Desired Qualification: BE or graduation in relevant field
  • Work Experience: 0-2 Years
