Role Description

This is a full-time Superintendent role located in our Delhi office . The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing ship management operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders. They will also be involved in crew management, resolving operational issues, and implementing strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in ship management and new-building supervision.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the maritime industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Budget management and financial acumen
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Knowledge of marine technologies and industry trends
• Relevant certifications or degrees in maritime studies or related fields.
