QHSE Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site QHSE Officer at Gurugram. Your main responsibility will be to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Your daily tasks will include conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing health and safety policies, providing safety training, and investigating incidents. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to occupational health standards and NEBOSH guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions - Develop and implement health and safety policies to ensure compliance with regulations - Provide safety training to employees to raise awareness and promote a safe working environment - Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences - Ensure adherence to occupational health standards and NEBOSH guidelines for a safe workplace environment Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Workplace Safety skills - Excellent communication and training skills to effectively convey health and safety information - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address safety concerns proactively - Experience in the marine industry would be beneficial - Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field for a solid foundation in occupational health and safety practices,
